London 3 months

New babies are so much fun to play with. I have been wanting to do a picture like this for a long time. My sister found the branch and we used her family room. Mostly natural light, but I also used my soft box to fill in shadows and such. We had a great time and had a small learning curve. Sure glad we put a towel on the ground to catch "leaks" just incase. Next time we will take some sand paper to the branch. Bark in the eyes of a baby don't make for a happy baby! Lessons learned! I love the way these turned out though.

Christmas Puppy

This cute couple just got their new puppy "Rossi" and had to include him in the photo shoot. Is he not the cutest ever? His eyes were the most amazing color of blue I have ever seen on a dog. I had fun you two! We also made darling christmas cards for them to send out this year.

Blessing Dress

I have been lucky enough to have a custom blessing dress made by my amazing aunt Charlotte. This it the fourth one that has been made for me, amazing dress and amazing tallent! Thank you so much my wonderful aunt!

Family of 5 in the studio

How does the only boy in a family of girls feel when the newest addition is another girl, not the boy we all thought it would be? See for yourself. Poor Tripp!

I had a vision of how this shoot would go. All my girls in petti skirts being happy to pose for the camera. Not at all the way it went, Amber helped me keep my wits about me, sort of. See all that hair, Amber did all of it for me, really made the day easier. Thanks sister!!!

Fresh from Taiwan

My sister-in-law from Taiwan is home for two weeks to let us all have our fill of her newest addition. Not so great being go far away and having to wait 8 weeks to hold the little guy (or in his case, not so little). It was well worth the wait! Is he not the most darling thing ever? Ok the little girl he is with is pretty cute as well. Just so happens to be his cousin (1 month apart) and my newest addition as well. Biased? You bet!

Just in time!

The Kearsley family and my good friend Becky waited all year for a fall shoot. We almost did not make it because of baby #5. The weather did hold and kept many great colors well into the month of November. I had so much fun calming courtney and paul down to get the shot! Good times!

Baby makes 5!

I could not get away with not taking pictures of my own newest addition. I got my self motivated and took some in my kitchen, just to tide me over until I get into my studio. She was a perfect little angel, hope she feels the same way next week when I try to get all 5 in one shot! Yes this is girl #4, and I am worried about another head of hair to get done Sunday mornings!
