I had to post these pictures of my kids and our family picture. What an evening! Driving past wheat fields has always made me want to take a picture in one. My sister Amber totally convinced me that it was a must do. She helped with all the hair and we set out to the Thurgood wheat farm. From here reality set in. Wheat is scratchy! None of the kids wanted to be there, Laynie even said "I hate this place, I am never coming back again!" The fact I got even one shot of each of the kids is a miracle in and of it's self. Our family picture snapped in the last 5 minutes of daylight is not the best, but oh if you only knew! We will be shooting again in the fall, I am just so glad this evening is over! Moral of the story wheat......good to eat... not good to sit in!
